Julieâ€™s acupuncture training centered on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five-Phase, Japanese, and Korean acupuncture styles. Sheâ€™s also been a yoga instructor since 2015. Her focus on alignment- and breath gives her work a robust body-centered perspective.
Working closely with geriatric patients, students and teens, large groups, and individuals has prepared her to treat a wide range of internal medicine disorders in addition to harmonizing the psychological and spiritual realms.
Naturally, with this background, Julie specializes in treating musculoskeletal problems, such as spinal injuries, general back pain, postural misalignments, and athletic injuries.
Before Six Fishes
With her experience as a yoga instructor, Julie always advises her patients in simple at-home exercises that can be done to manage and accelerate healing. She is trained in both Japanese and Chinese massage techniques, Shiatsu and Tui Na.
What's your super power?
Julie has a particular interest in internal medicine, including IBS and other gastrointestinal disorders, acne, arthritis, migraines, gynecological disharmonies, insomnia, PTSD, fatigue, and anxiety.

Julie seeks to work alongside each of her patients to guide them in their own natural healing process. She believes that genuine happiness is possible through one's own emotional and physical well-being. Using the different modalities at her disposal, Julie brings her patients to a higher state of harmony, and from this transformation, a sense of contentment grows.
